1,3 кг вишни,
сироп (из расчёта 280 г сахара на 830 г воды).
Приготовление:
Груши разрежьте на четвертинки и удалите сердцевину, из вишен удалите косточки. Плотно уложите груши и вишни в банки и залейте горячим сиропом. Прикройте крышками и поставьте стерилизоваться: 0,5-литровые – 10 минут, 1-литровые – 15 минут. Закатайте.
