Приготовление:
Ягоды клубники переберите, промойте и обсушите на полотенце. Мандарины бланшируйте, не очищая, в течение 5 минут в кипящей воде, затем остудите в течение часа под проточной холодной водой. Снимите кожуру и разделите на половинки. Из сахара и воды сварите сироп, опустите в него клубнику и мандарины и оставьте на 10 часов. После этого сварите варенье в три приёма, каждый раз проваривая по 5 минут и оставляя выстаиваться на 6-8 часов после варки. Готовое варенье горячим разложите по стерилизованным банкам и закатайте.
