| Ингредиенты на 3-литровую банку:
1 кг груш (можно больше),
200-300 г черноплодной рябины,
1,5 стак. сахара.
Приготовление:
Вымытые груши и ягоды уложите в стерилизованные банки примерно наполовину объёма, залейте крутым кипятком, прикройте крышками и дайте постоять 10 минут. Затем воду слейте, добавьте сахар и доведите сироп до кипения. Проварите 2 минуты, залейте груши и снова дайте постоять 10 минут под крышками. Слейте сироп, вскипятите, проварите 2 минуты, залейте груши и тотчас же закатайте. Переверните.
